Terms and Conditions.
1. Public Holidays and Public Holiday Observances will attract a 30% surcharge on that day’s rate. School holidays are at the normal rates. a. New Years Day. b. Australia Day. c. Labour Day. d. Good Friday. e. Easter Sunday. f. Easter Monday. g. Anzac Day h. Western Australia Day. i. Queens Birthday. j. Christmas Day. k. Boxing Day. 2. Payments by cash, bank transfer, 3. Dog walking: walks for each individual week are to be paid on or before the last walk of the week. a. Dogs must be controllable on the lead. b. Cancellations made after 7 am on date of service will incur a fee up to the total of that days visit. 4. Pet sitting: 50% of the quoted pet sitting price must be paid up front before the first pet sitting visit. The remaining 50% must be paid with in a week of the last pet visit. Less than 24 hrs notice of cancellations will incur a charge of one full day’s rates a. Vet Nurse pet Care carefully structures time to service you and our other clients, therefore there are no refunds for early returns. b. If client is wishing to book and secure a Pet Sitting more than 3 weeks in advance a 25% deposit of fees will be required. This is preferable for peak periods: Christmas, school holidays, as availability may fill up fast. (The deposit amount will be deducted from the final balance owing at booking commencement date) a. Once a deposit is paid, if client wishes to cancel their booking, and more than 3 weeks notice has been provided, the deposit will be returned to client in full. b. Any extra time required for dealing with emergencies will be charged at $10 per 30 minutes. *in the event of pets death either during a pet sit or before a pre paid booked appointment a full refund will be issued for the cancelled appointments. c. Vet Nurse Pet Care will clean up after your pets to the best of their availability. (We are not professional carpet cleaners) Vet Nurse Pet Care is not responsible for any residual carpet/flooring stains left by your pet after every effort has been made to clean these. d. We reserve the right to refuse bookings for any of the following reasons: a) Animal shows aggression or antisocial behaviour in Introduction Meeting. b) Inappropriate provision made for animal health and safety while owner is away. c) If payment has not been received in full at time of expected first visit. d) If Client does not agree to terms and conditions e) If Client does not complete Happy Pets Contract f) If Happy Pets Staff feel unsafe at client premise e. $2 -$10 additional Petrol Surcharge may be applied per visit depending on location of your suburb. f. I endeavour on all occasions to visit our furbabies at your preferred visit times (AM or PM) however due to unforeseen circumstances, or volume of bookings these time frames may be altered at our discretion. During peak time periods, Am visits will occur between 6.00am and 11am. Pm Visits will occur between 1pm-7pm. Please bare in mind we will always have your animals welfare in our best interest. g. WEATHER WARNINGS: a. In cases of severe weather, Vet Nurse Pet Care reserve the right to reschedule dog walks to an alternative time that suits both client and staff . This is to ensure both the safety of your furbaby and staff. b. Pet sitting times may also be altered to occur around severe weather incidents. This may mean Vet Nurse Pet Care will visit at an earlier than expected time frame. c. In cases of severe weather, we will notify you of any changes to your bookings. Also upon your advice we are happy to contact your emergency contact people on file, and discuss with your neighbours our plans, so that where possible we can ensure where we can't be present, due to severe storms there is still a watchful eye over your furbabies. 5. Assisted medicating, post operative checks, nail clipping, anal glands: single books must be paid at time of or before first appointment. |
